🔸 To schedule your personal training session please click the ‘Purchase live bundle or one on one sessions here’ Box. LIVE SESSIONS will still continue. Social distancing regulations will still remain in affect until further notice:

In person clients:

* All clients are required to both hand sanitize prior to services rendered. Those who have a fever, flu like symptoms, or those who are sick will not be seen until further notice with LIVE or VIRTUAL INSTAGRAM CLASSES being the only option.

* All clients are required to fill out a short questionnaire.

Live (virtual) Session and Bootcamp Sunday Clients:

🔸You do not need equipment to be able to participate in any of the sessions. Body weight works just fine.
🔸We want to make sure you get the most out of your experience with us. Please make sure you’re on time as the sessions start promptly. Also be sure to check your SETTINGS if you’re using the bundles for live trainings on all platforms be sure they are ON so live sessions and video are attainable to you

GROUP SESSIONS:

  • Single class drop in Or live session $60 dollars

  • Five live or in person sessions for $160 dollars

  • Ten live or in person sessions for $285 Dollars

    please note: all sessions are one hour in length. Clients can request additional time with the understanding that there will be additional fees

CLASS TIMES:

🔸HIIT LIVE (High Intensity Interval Training) Class. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 0845-0945 PST

🔸Pulse Fitness Ventura Boot Camp Sundays are from 930am-1030am PST, run for one hour in length and are scheduled every other Sunday.

The next scheduled Bootcamps are TBD (Camarillo CA) . All boot camp sessions are held outdoors in and around the Ventura Co area. Locations are selected by Pulse Fitness Ventura Staff and will be given to those who have signed up Within 24-48 hours of the Bootcamp day. Locations will NOT be on the website instead; they will be sent directly to the purchasing client. Please check your social media and text messages for location information
🔸Walk ins
(Bootcamp Sundays Only): are welcome with the understanding that payment must be received prior to the session in order to attend. Those who have signed up to attend are asked to bring resistance bands and dumbbells for the workout however, Resistance bands and dumbbells are not required to attend body weight works just fine

🔸Cancellations and Missed Sessions: Clients are required to give a 24-hour notice from their scheduled session time if the session falls on a weekday and 48 hours If it’s a scheduled Bootcamp Sunday in order for it to coincide with our normal operating business hours Failure to do so will result in a lost session with the exception of emergencies.
🔸 No Call No Show:
will result in an automatic lost session

🔸 Buddy System: The Pulse Fitness Ventura Buddy system allows people who want to work out with their friends to do so. The buddy system limit is currently two clients per session

🔸 Clients utilizing the buddy system are required to purchase SEPARATE bundles and understand that each client is responsible for communicating individually with Pulse Fitness Ventura staff. This includes but is not limited to schedule request changes, late arrivals and missed sessions. Failure to do so will result in lost sessions
