We’re excited to announce Ted Talks with Dr. Jen is coming soon.
If you’re looking to be amongst people who can relate to you and desire a more upbeat and informative environment these are the sessions for you!
Ted talks with Dr. Jen are not only motivational but are a very fun and interactive way to bring people together, become educated and interact with the community while learning about specified health and fitness related topics.
The purpose of these sessions is to first and foremost help educate. By educating those in our commmunity we feel disease prevention and mangement is more obtainable. We also strive to help our community get and remain connected to specialists in the community. We also hope to provide a safe space to share similar stories with people living similar experiences and to help find resources if needed to manage any of the processes listed below. The events will be held once a month and each session will focus on a specific topic.
Some of the topics include but are not limited to cardiovascular health, diabetes, obesity, mental health, PTSD, arthritis and diseases in the arthritis family, gastrointestinal disorders, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, preventative health measures, wellness tips, fitness regimen and programs, as well as a variety of other topics.
If you’re not in the specified area and still would like to attend we’ve got you covered. We will be going live for some of the sessions and the meetings will be uploaded to the social media handles below.
There will be special guest speakers who are in the field as well such as doctors, nurse practitioners, specialists, and registered nurses. These individuals will come and speak to their area of expertise and hope to create a different level of both insight and motivation to help everyone not only understand but live better quality of life’s.
